Groupverse ("we", "our") operates groupverse.co.in, a free directory of WhatsApp and Telegram group/channel links.
When you submit a group or channel, we collect: the group name, invite link, category, country, language, optional description, tags, and optional logo URL. We do not require an account or collect your name, email, or phone number to submit.
We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic (pages viewed, general location, device type). We also store a non-identifying click counter per group to show join popularity, and a local cooldown timestamp in your browser (localStorage) to prevent spam submissions — this stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Submitted group data is used solely to list your community in our directory after manual review. We do not sell or share your submission data with third parties.
For optional paid features (Priority Review, Verified Badge, Bulk Pack, Sponsored listings), payment is made manually via UPI or USDT to our published addresses. We do not store payment card details — we have no access to them, as all payments are peer-to-peer.
Groupverse links to external WhatsApp and Telegram groups submitted by users. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or conduct within those third-party communities.
Submission data is retained as long as the listing remains active. You may request removal of your listing by emailing abuse@groupverse.co.in.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data you submitted by contacting us at the email above.
